I’m not sure what you mean by ‘temporality … [is] minimal’? Temporality simply means choices made about time. Every cut is a use of temporality, so there should be some use of temporality. For example, which scenes do we see unfold in ‘real time’, and which periods of time are left out? (For example we might see a scene of exploitation as it happens, but then cut weeks ahead to the confrontation scene)
